If you are interested in applying for a place at our event in 2027, please submit your details below.

Please note the importance of getting the right contact details on this form as ALL communication will be done via email, so please help us get the information to the right person. After the application is complete, ALL emails will be sent to the one on the application.

Application window opens – Monday 28th September 2026, 10am
Application window closes – Friday 6th November 2026, 5pm
Allocation of places will be confirmed (by email) by – Friday 27th November 2026
Coaches need to be booked as soon as places are confirmed. Confirmation and details of this booking will be required by January 2027.
Deposits (all schools) due – January 2027
Event Fees (for Independent Schools & Academies) due – January 2027
Teachers Briefing – Monday 14th June 2027 (delivered via TEAMS, sessions at 12.30pm & 3.30pm)
Event is on – Tuesday 22nd June 2027
